Every Cardcature card is personalised and made to order from the details and photo you give us. That shapes how returns work, so please read this before you order.
Personalised, made-to-order items
Because every card is personalised to your order, we can't accept change-of-mind returns or cancellations once production has started. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, the usual 14-day right to cancel does not apply to goods that are made to your specification or clearly personalised — and that's every card we make.
Changed your mind before we've started?
If you contact us before we begin making your card, we'll happily cancel your order and refund you in full. Once production has started we're no longer able to do this, as the card is unique to your order. Email hello@cardcature.com as soon as you can if you need to cancel.
Faulty, damaged or not as described
If your card arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, email us at hello@cardcature.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
